OUR PROCESS

how we get you from

"I Do" to "We Did"

FULL-SERVICE DECORATION

For our brides interested in full-service decoration, we start with a complimentary consultation either in-person or over the phone based on your availability. Our in-person consultations generally last about an hour and are with either our Creative Director or an Event Producer at our design studio in Maumee, Ohio. At this consultation, we review our bride’s vision and needs, budget, discuss the venue, browse through our extensive inventory, show examples of our work, and give our creative input. We ask that our brides come to their initial consultation with as much information as possible including Pinterest boards, fabric and color swatches, magazine tear outs, and any other ideas to help us better understand what they are envisioning.

 

Within a week of the consultation, you will receive a quote to review. Once all of your needs are met, a 50% deposit is required to secure the booking date. Upon receipt of your deposit, our work begins.  If necessary, we provide an additional one-hour consultation to finalize details approximately one month before the wedding to ensure we create the vision of your dreams for a perfect day!

DAY-OF COORDINATION

As day-of coordination is a vital part of any wedding, we start with a complimentary consultation either in-person or over the phone based on your availability. Our in-person consultations generally last about an hour and are with either our Creative Director or an Event Producer at our design studio in Maumee, Ohio. At this consultation, we review our bride’s vision and needs, budget, discuss the venue and give our creative input. We ask that our brides come to their initial consultation with as much information as possible including regarding their venue, timing, wants and needs of the rundown of their day, etc. This gives us the best idea possible of how we can make sure your big day is completely stress-free!

 

 

Within a week of the consultation, you will receive a quote to review. Once all of your needs are met, a 50% deposit is required to secure the booking date. Upon receipt of your deposit, our work begins.  Approximately one month before the wedding, we will meet for a two-hour final walk thru and discussion to finalize any last details and confirm your vision! After this, we will contact all of your vendors to create a detailed timeline of events and a well-constructed floorplan. We will then be present to coordinate your rehearsal, ceremony, and reception to give you the chance to take in every second of the best day of your life!

DIY DECOR RENTAL

For our DIY brides, we start with a complimentary consultation either in-person or over the phone based on your availability. Our in-person consultations generally last about an hour and are with either our Creative Director or an Event Producer at our design studio in Maumee, Ohio. At this consultation, we review our bride’s vision and needs, budget, discuss the venue, browse through our extensive inventory and give our creative input. We ask that our DIY brides come to their initial consultation with as much information as possible including Pinterest boards, fabric and color swatches, magazine tear outs, and any other ideas to help us better understand what they are envisioning.

 

Within a week of the consultation, you will receive a quote to review. Once all of your needs are met, a 50% deposit is required to secure the booking date. When your date is approaching, we will confirm a pickup and drop off time for you to get your decor. At the time of confirmation, the balance will be due. Then it is as simple as you decorating for your day on your own and dropping it back off to us afterward!

FLORAL ARRANGEMENTS

For all floral arrangements, we start with a complimentary consultation either in-person or over the phone based on your availability. Our in-person consultations generally last about an hour and are with either our Creative Director or an Event Producer at our design studio in Maumee, Ohio. At this consultation, we review our bride’s floral vision and needs, budget, discuss the venue, show samples of our work and give our creative input. We ask that our brides come to their initial consultation with as much information as possible including Pinterest boards, fabric and color swatches, magazine tear outs, and any other ideas to help us better understand what they are envisioning.

 

Within a week of the consultation, you will receive a quote to review. Once all of your needs are met, a 50% deposit is required to secure the booking date. Upon receipt of your deposit, our work begins. If necessary, we may have a follow-up consultation one month prior to your event to finalize any last details and confirm the floral arrangements you envisioned meet your every dream!

MIRROR ME PHOTO BOOTH

If you are interested in learning more about our Mirror Me Photo Booth, the process is very simple! Schedule a free consultation conducted in-person or on the phone based on your availability. During this initial consultation, we will discuss your needs, the date of your event, and answer any questions you may have. Two weeks before the event, one of our team will then reach out to you to finalize any personalizations you have in mind and confirm the details of your event!
